Therval is a glass and window manufacturer based in Hermosillo, Mexico, supplying installers, wholesalers and developers across Mexico and the US Southwest. Our US operation is based in Nogales, Arizona, with direct delivery into Phoenix metro twice a week.

Founded in 2005, Therval operates at the intersection of Mexican manufacturing efficiency and American quality standards. Our 29,000 sq ft Hermosillo facility is equipped with tempering lines capable of handling sizes up to 94½" × 141", served by a dedicated fleet of logistics trucks for bi-weekly Phoenix deliveries. We eliminate the uncertainty of offshore sourcing with nearshore proximity and expert craftsmanship, providing the manufacturing capacity your business scales on.
Who we are
Therval was founded in 2003 to manufacture European-style windows and doors for the Mexican market. Over more than two decades we have expanded our production capacity, added tempered glass and shower door manufacturing, and built a US distribution operation to serve installers across the Southwest.
Our priority for the US market is tempered glass and shower doors — supplying installers and wholesalers across Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado and Utah. In Mexico, we continue to serve residential customers with custom windows and doors, and residential developers building horizontal communities across northern Mexico.
The combination of nearshore location, in-house fabrication and own-fleet delivery gives our US customers measurable advantages over both offshore importers and US-based suppliers — shorter lead times, no tariff exposure, and direct access to our manufacturing team.
Two product lines are coming next. We are in the IGCC certification process for Insulated Glass Unit manufacturing, targeting Q3 2026. And we are preparing to bring our European window systems — both PVC and Cortizo aluminum — to the US market, building on our 20+ years manufacturing them for Mexico. Why we built a nearshore operation
Mexico-based manufacturing for the US Southwest is a structural advantage. Our trucks reach Phoenix in less than 24 hours. We operate under USMCA, which means stable trade framework and no surprise tariff changes. Our customers can drive six hours from Phoenix and audit our plant in person — something that is operationally impossible with offshore suppliers.
US DISTRIBUTION
Therval European Windows and Doors, LLC is incorporated in Arizona. All US sales, invoicing and delivery are handled directly by our US operation.

Our Hermosillo facility is equipped for high-volume B2B production. We maintain dedicated lines for shower door glass, featuring automated CNC cutting, water-jet notched cutouts, and precision-automated tempering to ensure 3-4 day turnaround on custom specs.
SOUTHWEST DISTRIBUTION
We operate our own fleet of semi-trucks specifically for Phoenix metro deliveries twice weekly. For wholesalers across CA, NV, UT, CO, and NM, we provide specialized crated freight, ensuring damage-free delivery of high-volume tempered glass orders.
